No, these earbuds don’t support ANC, but they use a 4-point passive noise masking system to block out external noises.
You can’t use them to make a call as they do not have microphones due to their small size.
How can I make the battery last longer?
To extend the usage time, keep the volume at 50%, put them in Sleep mode, disable smart volume control, close background apps, ensure your phone and earbuds are connected, and update them to the latest firmware version.
How do I choose the most suitable ear tips and ear wings?
– We recommend that you start with size M ear tips and ear wings.
– If the earbuds are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. If you experience connection issues, please replace the ear tips and wings with larger ones.
How do I listen to white noise?
Please use the soundcore app to download white noise in Music mode first. Then, you can listen to white noise in Sleep mode.
How do I adjust the volume of white noise in Sleep mode?
You can only adjust the volume of white noise via the soundcore app when the earbuds are in Sleep mode.
