To provide users with a better ANC noise reduction experience, we have created three ear canal models (large, medium, and small) in the app so that customers can choose the one that best suits them for an enhanced noise reduction experience.
The factory default setting of the product is ear canal model 2 (suitable for most people), but to prevent some customers from receiving a product that may not be suitable the first time they use it, which can cause buzzing, whistling, and other abnormal sounds (when ANC mode is turned on), customers who encounter such problems can download the PeatsAudio APP to select the ear canal model that best fits them.
Or gently twist the earbud to adjust it to the most suitable angle to resolve this issue. (Remember not to insert it too forcefully into the ears, as it will block the ventilation holes and increase the likelihood of whistling)
